"Hard Knocks" Drawing Goes To Harvard Square & Wins!

My wife and I flew in to Boston Thursday, May 10, for the greatest art event ever. There was a private pre-opening party at the Charles Hotel, exhibit and awards ceremony at univeristy gallery and kathryn Schultz Gallery, where we had brunch in the morning before leaving back to Virginia. Kathryn was the epitomy of the great director: intelligent, majestic, and hospitable. I was selected by Thomas W. Lentz, Elizabeth & John Moors Cabot Director, Harvard University Art Museums, as the recipient of the Drawing Prize. Those on the staff make me want to donate work to them. I'll one day reward those that treated me so well. That's the least I can do...and continue doing the best work I can.
